Le Freak is a disability-led show and finding ways to reduce barriers to access is a huge priority for us (for artists, venue staff, and audiences alike). Here you can find an access guide to the show and venue, as well as a sensory and content guide for the show itself.
If you have specific questions about access or show content, or if there’s something you need that we’ve missed, you can reach out to us here or find more information about the venue directly from Melbourne Fringe here. Thank you!
A content and sensory guide to the show can be found below.

Content and
Sensory Guide
Please note: while the content of the show listed below can sound quite heavy (and some of it is!), most of it is presented from a humorous lens, and all of it is targeted upwards. For example - any instances of bigoted language within the show are presented within the context of laughing at the bigots, never at the targets of their ignorance. We believe in being honest about our experiences, even the tough ones, but want you to know that this show is ultimately a celebration. It’s made by marginalised people for marginalised people, and we hope that shows!
For a better understanding of the context of any of the themes, stunts, or elements presented, please see the detailed content and sensory guide here, or feel free to reach out to us at lefreaktheshow@gmail.com
